Calling all cosplay photographers!
Are you as fond of cosplay photography as we are? We want to give some spotlight to all the wonderful people behind the camera! Magicons photo cosplay competition is back this year!

Are you a cosplay photographer and want to show off your skills and creations at Magicon? All you need to do in order to participate is submit one cosplay photo (remember to ask cosplayers permission!). One photographer can submit up to 5 pictures each! 💜

The competition will be held both Saturday and Sunday.
Cosplayers are encouraged to give your local photographer a friendly poke to sign up.
All submitted photos will be displayed at Magicon for everyone to see!
In addition to a main prize we will also give an audience choice award in which the winner will be chosen by Magicons visitors during the weekend. 📸

Rules
Read all rules and criteria:
1. Number of pictures and participation:
Each photographer can submit up to 5 unique pictures.
2. Costume
- The participating photographer has to keep the photo PG13.
- Bought, selfmade or commissioned cosplays are all welcome
- Official characters, original interpretations of official characters (such as steampunk versions, AUs, casual versions, historically accurate etc) and OCs and book characters are all welcome.
3. Age limit
Cosplayer and photographer must both be at least 13 y.o in order to participate in the contest.
4. Submitting the application
- The submitting photographer must have the cosplayers consent.
- For submissions featuring two or more cosplayers, all cosplayers in the photo must be credited.
- When submitting their application, adding reference photos is optional, but encouraged. This includes reference photos of official characters, but may also include other materials used as reference or inspiration or technical materials such as light setup and so on.
