Do you like cosplay and art? Or do you want to show off your cosplay and, in the process, see what awesome drawings you inspire in other artists? Come learn how the pros practice to create amazing characters by drawing from real life cosplay models!
Blank Page is a casual and inclusive art community in Oslo who arranges weekly live drawing events, ranging from figure drawing, portrait and costume drawing with live models.
At Magicon, they will host a special cosplay live drawing event where everyone can join, either by drawing or posing as a cosplay model, with artist and long-time Blank Page member Simon Nyhus as host.
Simon will go through tips and techniques for drawing people live, and it will be an open drop-in both for drawing among the audience, and posing in cosplay for people to draw you, with also possibilities for signing up as a model in advance. (Sign ups for cosplay modelling will be announced at a later date)
Feel free to bring your favorite drawing supplies for the event!
